Moving Forward. Together.

Update – March 2022:

As we enter the third year of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is still a fair degree of uncertainty regarding the topic, across the globe, including in Romania, in certain areas of economic and social activity.

However, businesses, and societies at large, have found ways of dealing with the day-to-day disruption. At present, we are transitioning to new ways of operating in a (hopefully) post-pandemic era. But what the future holds remains unclear.

As concerns the legislative framework applicable in Romania, starting 9 March 2022, at 12.00 am, the Government Decision 7/ 3.02.2022 on extending the state of alert on the territory of Romania and establishing the measures to be applied during this period to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic ceased to apply.

Thus, the state of alert is no longer in effect in Romania.

Consequently, most of the restrictions previously enacted by the Romanian authorities will end starting with 9 March 2022.
