NNDKP provided legal assistance to CEC Bank and Exim Banca Românească in connection with the up to lei 289 million financing for the development of CET Titan combined heat and power plant. The investment is being carried out by Titan Power S.A., a project company majority-owned by Societatea de Administrare a Participațiilor în Energie – SAPE S.A., with Electrocentrale Grup S.A.
