Promotions at NNDKP: 2 lawyers join the Partnership and other 20 professionals take on new senior roles
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) announces new promotions for 2022:
- 2 lawyers enter NNDKP’s Partnership
- 4 lawyers are promoted to Counsel
- 4 lawyers are promoted to Managing Associate and 9 lawyers are named Senior Associates
- 3 tax consultants advance in their career at NNDKP Tax Advisory Services
- 10 practice areas of NNDKP (consultancy and litigation) are consolidated through this new round of promotions, which also cover the regional offices in Timișoara and Cluj-Napoca
- a total of 22 lawyers make a step forward within NNDKP’s hierarchy
Iurie Cojocaru (Data Protection) and Anca Diaconu (Competition, State Aid and EU law) were promoted to partnership. Following this new round of promotions, NNDKP now counts 34 partners.
Furthermore, starting this year, NNDKP has included the role of Counsel in the firm’s organizational structure. The first lawyers to be named Counsel are Alexandru Aman (Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP), Cristian Dranca (Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP), Mădălina Pancă (Corporate/M&A) and Mirela Preda (Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources).
Delia Băroianu (NNDKP Timișoara), Florina Firaru (Intellectual Property), Raluca Gabor (Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources) and Alexandra Pătrașcu (Tax) were promoted to Managing Associate. Moreover, Simona Enescu (Tax) was promoted to Tax Director.
Vlad Anghel (Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP), Mădălina Bucur (Data Protection and Environment), Alexandru Ciambur (Banking and Finance), Dariana Istrate (Intellectual Property), Claudia Lazăr (Corporate/M&A), Florentin Nanu (Dispute Resolution), Flavia Petcu (Real Estate), Elena Trișcariu (Dispute Resolution) and Andreea Vezeteu (Dispute Resolution) became Senior Associates. Furthermore, Ancuța Stroescu and Mihai Șerbu (Tax) were promoted to Senior Tax Manager.
This new round of promotions is the result of an internal evaluation process and reflects our colleagues’ t activity and achievements in the past years.
