Representative Cases and Transactions
- Assisted a global supplier of integrated technical services in cases concerning disputes between the shareholders and administrators of the company related to the annulment of board decisions, dissolution of companies, exclusion of shareholders etc.
- Assisted one of Romania’s leading commercial banks in a civil litigation concerning complex contractual claims – the annulment of several account operations and alleged damages arising from such transactions, valued at approximately Ron 17 million claims, and represented major Romanian banks in insolvency proceedings, enforcement actions, and consumer protection disputes, providing strategic guidance.
- Assisted a major international agricultural group in civil and administrative disputes concerning land ownership claims over approximately 12 hectares, as well as claims challenging administrative decisions issued by the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA).
- Assisted a company which is a member of a well-known French industrial group in an important transfer pricing case file and obtaining for the client the annulment of the administrative acts issued by the tax authorities and the reimbursement of approximately Ron 3 million and related penalties.
- Assisted the Bucharest Municipality in high-profile litigation concerning the retrocession of the Mogosoaia Palace.
