- Assisted a multinational food company in the acquisition of the leader of the Romanian bakery market by way of a 100% share deal. Subsequently assisted the company in the acquisition of four Romanian entities holding major bakery factories in Romania and the Romanian operations of a Greek bakery business.
- Assisted an American multinational corporation and technology company in the acquisition of a pioneer in applying generative AI to automate cloud operations.
- Assisted an international pork processor and hog producer in the acquisition of a meat processing business entrepreneurially developed that was subject to an insolvency procedure successfully finalized with the restoration of the operations to normal business conduct and in the acquisition of the meat processing operations of a local meat product factory.
- Assisted the overseas agricultural business arm of a major Chinese food and agriculture company, in the acquisition of commercial ships (barges and pushers) as part of the strategy to internalize barge freights in the region.
- Assisted an international ferry operator in the acquisition of a transport network connecting Türkiye and Europe, which included two Romanian road transport companies and the onwards sale of one such Romanian company.
