NNDKP assists Staffbase in connection with the acquisition of dirico
NNDKP was part of an international legal team led by Luther law firm, that assisted Staffbase, a leading provider of employee communications management platforms, in the acquisition of the majority stake in the company 247GRAD Labs GmbH and the acquisition of the Romanian Dirico entity. Thus, Staffbase expands its portfolio with the content collaboration platform dirico.
Following the transaction, that involved taking over more than 150 customers and 60 employees, dirico will be successively integrated into the Staffbase platform but will also remain available as a stand-alone product. Through the integration of dirico planning solution, Staffbase will create a complete solution for teams in internal and external communication.
NNDKP provided assistance on the law aspects of the transaction concerning the Romanian Dirico entity, including due diligence review and preparation of the sale-purchase agreements.
