Diana Feldrihan is a lawyer qualified in Romanian law, member of the Cluj Bar (since 2015).

She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, fiscal law and dispute resolution.

She became a qualified General Data Protection Specialist by attending numerous national and international courses in the past three years, that qualified her to audit and implement privacy and data protection measures  for various clients in numerous projects.

She assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, restructuring projects, and in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Her areas of expertise also include civil law, professional liability and labor law. Additionally, she provides legal assistance and representation in litigation, in matters related to administrative and fiscal law.

  • assistance to a leading company in the construction materials sector in Romania in relation with the acquisition of 90% of the shares from a Romanian local company ranked fourth in the industry market rankings and in the procedure for obtaining the approval from the Romanian Competition Council regarding the takeover
  • assistance to a large company active in the food service industry with the franchise and master franchise contracts to be used worldwide
  • assistance to one of the subsidiaries of a leading Japanese IT company from Germany in the process of restructuring the activity in Romania
  • assistance to a leading private hospital in relation to an audit of the data processing operations within the company and implementation of GDPR compliance measures
  • assistance to a local investor in the sale of 100% of the shares in an IT company from Cluj to one of the most important European leaders in the industry
  • assistance of the client – natural person – in the procedure of Preliminary Ruling before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg in the oral hearing and in the written conclusions phase
  • advice to a large IT company from Cluj-Napoca in conducting an audit of the processing operations within the company, issuing recommendations regarding the necessary actions to be taken for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and assistance in implementing such measures; also provided assistance with day-to-day privacy matters, and held training sessions regarding data protection requirements
  • assistance to the Romanian subsidiary of a Greek company in drafting and negotiating the contract conditions for residential buildings in Cluj
  • advice to a major international insurance company in connection with acquisition of a Romanian insurance company
