Diana Feldrihan is a lawyer qualified in Romanian law, member of the Cluj Bar (since 2015).

She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, fiscal law and dispute resolution.

She became a qualified General Data Protection Specialist by attending numerous national and international courses in the past three years, that qualified her to audit and implement privacy and data protection measures  for various clients in numerous projects.

She assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, restructuring projects, and in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Her areas of expertise also include civil law, professional liability and labor law. Additionally, she provides legal assistance and representation in litigation, in matters related to administrative and fiscal law.

  • Assisted a company active in the local construction materials market in the acquisition of 90% of the shares in a local company ranked fourth in the industry market rankings and in obtaining clearance from the Romanian Competition Council regarding the takeover.
  • Assisted one of the subsidiaries of a leading Japanese IT company from Germany in the process of restructuring the activity in Romania.
  • Assisted a local investor in the sale of an IT company in Cluj to one of the most important European market players.
  • Assisted a natural person in the procedure of Preliminary Ruling before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
  • Assisted a private hospital in relation to an audit of data processing operations within the company and the implementation of GDPR compliance measures.
