NNDKP Labor Hub Event – Beyond the Law: Employment Relations in Practice
On 28 April, NNDKP organized a new event under the NNDKP Labor Hub umbrella, focused on employment relations in practice and relevant aspects that companies should take into consideration.
In a relaxed atmosphere, Roxana Abrasu (Partner and Head of the Employment practice) and Emil Bivolaru (Executive Partner) met with professionals in the HR field from key companies in the Romanian economy to discuss issues of interest in labor law, including:
- current trends in inspections and the authorities’ interpretations;
- collective bargaining and the social dialogue in practice;
- gray areas in labor legislation, between the letter of the law and the challenges encountered in practice;
- concrete corporate situations, analyzed from the perspective of the authorities and from a litigation perspective.
