Anca Diaconu – speaker at the LIDC Congress 2026

On 15-18 October 2026, NNDKP was present at the annual Congress of LIDC – International League of Competition Law, organized by ARCON for the first time in Romania.

Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of Competition, State Aid, EU Law, and FDI practices, took the stage in the 4th panel of the congress, and shared valuable perspectives on the rights of defence in antitrust litigation.

The event brough together over 200 participants and more than 20 renowned speakers, including representatives of European institutions, academia, competition authorities and the international legal community.
