Mihaela Ceaușescu – speaker at the conference Enforcement proceedings and Land Registry
On October 1, Mihaela Ceaușescu, Senior Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be a speaker at the conference Enforcement proceedings and Land Registry organized by Juridice.ro and the National Union of Judicial Enforcement Officers.
During the conference, Mihaela will address matters of interest concerning general cadastral registration and late-payment penalties, with a particular focus on Article 906(5) of the Romanian Code of Civil Procedure and situations encountered in practice.
