Last week, on February 11-12, the International Bar Committee in collaboration with the European Regional Forum organized in Paris the fourth edition of the “IBA European Corporate and Private M&A Conference”.

Published in “Euromoney’s Women in Business Law” – 5th edition, in August 2015 Year 1990 marked Romania’s onset on transition towards market economy and it was then that “business” and “profit” ceased to be associated with a fraudulent activity. NNDKP recognized the Romanian subsidiary of a large German manufacturer of components for the automotive industry for its contribution to the development of vocational education in Timis County, both at the conceptual and implementation levels of the theoretical and practical programs at King Ferdinand I Technical College of Timisoara.
