Valentin Voinescu – speaker at the 2026 European Distressed Investing & Asset Based Lending Summit
On 23-24 September 2026, Valentin Voinescu, Partner and Co-head of the Banking and Finance practice, will be a speaker at the 2026 European Distressed Investing & Asset Based Lending Summit, organized by TMA Europe and Secured Finance Network Europe.
Valentin will join the panel Restructuring & Alternative Financing: How Can Businesses Access Capital Beyond Bank Lending? that will explore the alternative financing solutions available to companies, from private credit and private equity to refinancing and structured finance, and when these options make sense.
