Ciprian Paun – speaker at the (Inter)national Conference on Corporate Law, 7th edition
Ciprian Paun, Partner, will be a speaker at the 7th edition of the (Inter)national Corporate Law Conference, organized by the Romanian Institute of Commercial Law, the “Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” Institute for Legal Research of the Romanian Academy, and the Faculty of Law of Babeș Bolyai University, in collaboration with Hamangiu Publishing House, on September 18-19.
Ciprian will join the discussions on the evolution of companies in Romania, legislative changes, recent case law, tax and international implications, as well as opportunities for improving the legal framework.
