NNDKP at the 7th edition of the Bucharest Arbitration Days conference
For the 7th year in a row, NNDKP supported the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and Wolters Kluwer Romania in organizing the Bucharest Arbitration Days 2026 conference, an annual landmark event for the international arbitration community taking place in Bucharest.
Under the Evidence in International Arbitration: Evolving Principles and Practices theme, the 7th edition of the event examined how evidentiary principles underpin the legitimacy and efficiency of international arbitration in a rapidly transforming global landscape.
This year’s discussions addressed admissibility, privilege, and proof across legal traditions, alongside emerging issues such as digital and AI-assisted evidence, sustainability, and data integrity.
The conference brought together arbitrators, counsel, experts, academics, and policymakers to explore the future of evidentiary practice in international arbitration – reaffirming the centrality of proof and integrity in sustaining confidence in arbitral justice.
