A new NNDKP Local Business Hub event in Timisoara
On 27 May 2026, NNDKP organized a new event in Timișoara, part of the NNDKP Local Business Hub series of professional meetings, focused on Pay Transparency after June 7, 2026: Ensuring Compliance and Practical Challenges.
Together with the guests, we explored the topic of equal pay through wage transparency, employers’ obligations, and how they can prepare to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
The discussions were moderated by Eva Forika, Partner and Head of NNDKP’s Timisoara office, and Delia Baroianu, Senior Managing Associate, and a representative from the Timiș Labor Inspectorate also joined the conversation.
