Daniela Gramaticescu – speaker at the National Conference on Urban Law and Territorial Planning
On May 15, Daniela Gramaticescu, Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be a speaker at the 8th edition of the National Conference on Urban Law and Territorial Planning.
Daniela will join the third discussion session and will talk about key aspects regarding the invalidity of a building permit and how proportionality between legality and harm is ensured.
The conference is organized by the Faculty of Law within the University of Bucharest, the Faculty of Urban Planning within the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism Bucharest, Acad. Andrei Radulescu Legal Research Institute within the Romanian Academy and the Register of Urban Planners in Romania, in partnership with Universul Juridic Group.
