NNDKP Employment SpotON 2025 – webinar series on employment law aspects
NNDKP will organize this fall a new edition of Employment SpotON, a series of webinars on current labor law topics, in which we aim to address issues of interest to employers. The event is aimed at human resources professionals, as well as CEOs, team managers, legal directors, and legal advisors.
During the webinars, our attorneys will review theoretical aspects, highlight legal issues that employers should pay particular attention to, and share valuable insights based on the practical knowledge they have gained in these matters.
The series will include the following webinars:
- Labor relations in 2025, between the law, real life, and unexpected surprises (November 12, 2025)
- Salary transparency: salary transparency is knocking on the door
- Burnout, the occupational disease of the millennium – employer obligations regarding mental health
- Teleworking vs. back to the office – what are the trends and what should be considered
- Big Brother in the office: digital surveillance and privacy (November 19, 2025)
- Employee monitoring: email/external communications, video cameras, digital time-clock systems, productivity trackers
- What must be met from a legal perspective. Practical examples
- Future trends: AI and invisible surveillance; the right to disconnect
The presentations and discussions during the webinars will be led by members of the NNDKP team: Roxana Abrasu, Partner and Head of the Employment practice, Iurie Cojocaru, Partner and Head of our Data Protection practice, and Daniel Stancescu, Senior Associate in our Employment practice.
