Anca Diaconu – speaker at the 8th edition of the Competition in Public Procurement Conference
On May 12, Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of the Competition, State Aid, EU Law and FDI practices, will be a speaker at the the 8th edition of the Competition in Public Procurement Conference organized by AmCham Romania in partnership with the Romanian Competition Council, at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel.
Anca will join the second panel of the event and will talk about the impact of Regulation 2022/2560 on foreign subsidies in public procurement.
The conference offers a valuable dialogue platform among private sector representatives, contracting authorities, and public institutions involved in the procurement process, focusing on identifying practical solutions to reduce competition risks and enhance the efficiency, transparency, and integrity of public procurement.
