NNDKP – proud sponsor of the first edition of Bucharest Arbitration Days
On 6 and 7 June 2019, The Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania organized the first edition of Bucharest Arbitration Days, an event dedicated to international arbitration and the necessary reforms in this field.
The event took place at CCIR Business Center in Bucharest and brought together main actors from the international arbitration community with the objective, according to the organizers, to re-frame traditional limits in the context of the landmark CJEU rulings, ISDS reforms, and trends of unveiling confidentiality, currently affecting the international arbitration scene.
Our Dispute Resolution Partner and a member of CICA-CCIR Board of Directors, Sorina Olaru was the moderator of the first part of the session “Is there a need to reform international commercial arbitration?”.
The two days dedicated to the event set the perfect floor for academic debate and professional exchange.
