NNDKP, recognized in the Benchmark Litigation Europe rankings, 2025 edition

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) has been included in the recently launched Benchmark Litigation Europe guide, being recognized as a Tier 1 firm in the Dispute Resolution practice area.

In the 2025 edition of the rankings, Senior Partner Ana Diculescu-Șova, Executive Partner Emil Bivolaru, and Partners Sorina Olaru, Marius Ezer, Daniela Gramaticescu and Valeriu Mina have been recognized as top professionals by the guide, being included in the Litigation Star category.

These distinctions complement the accolades the firm received in September 2025, when NNDKP scooped two awards at the Benchmark Litigation Europe Awards 2025 gala – Romania Firm of the Year and Romania Litigator of the Year – Emil Bivolaru.
