Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen won the appeal filed by the National Forest Administration against the an Orthodox Church fund. The Cluj Court of Appeals admitted the appeal filed by the forest administration and dismissed the action , filed by the church fund,for the restitution of over 166,813.5 hectares of forest – over 75% of Suceava county’s forestland. The litigation started in 2001, and in 2008 the Suceava Trial Court admitted the claim filed by the church fund, thus ordering the national forest administration to hand over this land to the fund.
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen successfully represented a major Israeli generic drug producer in obtaining the revocation of the supplementary protection certificate (SPC) issued by the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (SOIT) to the largest Japanese pharmaceutical company.
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen successfully represented a major Czech generic drug producer in a dispute related to the request of the world ‘s largest research-based pharmaceutical company for a supplementary protection certificate. The Bucharest Court of Appeals admitted the second appeal filed by OSIM and the Czech drug producer, annulled the initial decision of the Bucharest Court, and dismissed the motion to issue a supplementary protection certificate for the sildenafil product.

This event, the most significant of its kind in the local business community, celebrated the achievements of companies in the country.
