NNDKP will be present at the 2026 IBA Annual Conference taking place between 4–9 October in Copenhagen, at the Bella Center.
NNDKP and Ziarul Financiar have launched the series of events “Dialogues about Romania: Developments and Outlook,” dedicated to the main economic issues of the moment. The initiative brings to the fore topics that are essential for the business environment (private investment, economic growth, taxation, and legislative predictability) and creates a framework for dialogue between business leaders, representatives of public authorities, of the banking system, and NNDKP specialists.
On October 1, Mihaela Ceaușescu, Senior Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be a speaker at the conference Enforcement proceedings and Land Registry organized by Juridice.ro and the National Union of Judicial Enforcement Officers.
From September 29 to October 2, Valeriu Mina, Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be attending the thirs edition of Istanbul Arbitration Days.

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) provided legal assistance to CEC Bank and Exim Banca Românească in connection with the up to lei 289 million financing for the development of CET Titan combined heat and power plant. The investment is being carried out by Titan Power S.A., a project company majority-owned by Societatea de Administrare a Participațiilor în Energie – SAPE S.A., with Electrocentrale Grup S.A. (ELG S.A.) holding a minority stake.
