On 10 September, Rareș Fărcaș, Associate in NNDKP’s Competition, State Aid, EU Law and FDI practices, will be a speaker at the online conference Big Business and the Romanian State (The Relationship Between the Business Community and Public Authorities: From Theory to Practice), 4th edition, organized by Juridice.ro.
Sorina Olaru, Partner, and Florina Firaru, Head of NNDKP’s Intellectual Property practice, have been recognized as leaders in the intellectual property field for Romania in the Lexology Index 2026, IP edition.
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) provided legal assistance to CEC Bank and Exim Banca Românească in connection with the up to lei 289 million financing for the development of CET Titan combined heat and power plant. The investment is being carried out by Titan Power S.A., a project company majority-owned by Societatea de Administrare a Participațiilor în Energie – SAPE S.A., with Electrocentrale Grup S.A. (ELG S.A.) holding a minority stake.

Nestor Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) acted as Romanian legal counsel to Globant, an IT and software development company present in 33 countries with more than 30,000 employees worldwide, throughout the entire merger process by which Globant IT Romania was absorbed by Pentalog Romania.
NNDKP has been shortlisted for the ITR Europe Tax Awards 2026, in the Tax Firm of the Year in Romania award category.
