Nestor Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) acted as Romanian legal counsel to Globant, an IT and software development company present in 33 countries with more than 30,000 employees worldwide, throughout the entire merger process by which Globant IT Romania was absorbed by Pentalog Romania.
NNDKP has been shortlisted for the ITR Europe Tax Awards 2026, in the Tax Firm of the Year in Romania award category.

Gabriela Cacerea and Ruxandra Bologa, Partners, have been recognized once again as leaders in the energy field for Romania in the recently published Lexology Index 2026, Energy edition.
From June 25 to 26, our colleagues, Sorina Olaru and Daniela Gramaticescu, Partners in the Dispute Resolution practice, attended the 2026 Lex Mundi Litigation, Aribtration, and Dispute Resolution European Regional Practice Group Meeting, hosted by Wardynski & Partners, in Warsaw.
Gabriela Cacerea, Partner, attended the 13th edition of the Balkan Legal Forum, a highly anticipated conference dedicated to the legal community worldwide which took place in Vienna, from June 25 to 26.
From June 18 to 19, Oana Popescu-Mitricoaia, Senior Associate in the Competition, State Aid , EU Law and FDI practices, was in Athens for the 2026 European Antitrust Practice Group Meeting, organized by Lex Mundi and Zepos & Yannopoulos law firm.
On 16 June, Daniel Hadar, Tax Director, NNDKP Cluj-Napoca, was a speaker at the CFO Conference Cluj-Napoca, an event organized by Business Mark at Courtyard Hotel by Marriott Downtown.
