Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) has assisted OTP Bank Romania and OTP Group in a EUR 57.80 million financing for Exigent Property Investment SRL to fund the development of phase 5 of Exigent Plaza Residence, the largest residential project in Bucharest, located in Militari area.
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston (NNDKP) acted as legal advisor for the syndicate of banks granting a financing facility worth EUR 347 million to Swiss-based Ameropa Group. The syndicate of banks was composed of Banca Comerciala Romana SA (BCR) and Raiffeisen Bank SA as joint Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, together with ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam – Bucharest Branch and UniCredit Bank S.A., as Mandated Lead Arrangers. BCR acted also as the Documentation, Facility & Security Agent.
NNDKP received new awards at the annual Romanian Legal Awards Gala, a high-profile event for the legal field in Romania organized by Legal Marketing, which celebrates the achievements of lawyers and law firms in various practice areas.
NNDKP assisted Marcos Provit, a local pharmaceutical services network, in issuing cross-border corporate bonds worth 8.5 million euros through private placement, under the coordination of the Polish private debt fund CVI.
