Representative Cases and Transactions
- Assisted a syndicate of banks in providing a loan facility totalling around EUR 17 million to an integrator of agricultural products and solutions, and one of Romania’s most important players in this field.
- Assisted one of the leading players in the Romanian recycling industry in securing a loan facility totalling EUR 50 million, intended for the refinancing of existing exposures, as well as for financing working capital needs.
- Assisted the lenders in a landmark syndicated financing transaction (around EUR 489 million) granted to one of Romania’s largest vertically integrated agricultural and industrial groups.
- Assisted the judicial administrator of a financial services company in connection with the Romanian law aspects of the restructuring of debt of an international group of companies active in the steel industry.
- Assisted various clients in their interaction and authorization in relation with the national supervisory authorities in various projects, including projects related to the acquisition of qualifying holding in credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions and payment institutions, as well as in connection with regulatory aspects concerning the day-to-day activity of entities supervised by the National Bank of Romania, the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority or similar authorities in the regulated markets.
