Decision no. 63/2017 of the National Audiovisual Council of Romania (CNA) for the amendment of the Decision no. 220/2011 on the Regulatory code for audiovisual content was published in the National Official Gazette no. 141 of February 27, 2017. According to Decision no. 63/2017, the consumption of food products must not be encouraged by using children of age between 3 and 15 years old in commercials for food products.
UPDATE (October 31) – The Decision has been published under no. 800/2016 in the Official Gazette no. 869/2016.
