Sorina Olaru – speaker at the 7th edition of the National Conference on Administrative Litigation
On 30 October, Sorina Olaru, Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be a speaker at the 7th edition of the National Conference on Administrative Litigation, organized by Universul Juridic publishing group and the Faculty of Law within the University of Bucharest.
Starting 1.30 p.m., Sorina will join the second panel of the conference and will discuss the topic of updating prices in public procurement contracts based on Government Emergency Ordinance No. 64/2022, with reference to existing rules, practices, and judicial solutions.
The conference brings together professionals in administrative law with extensive experience in administrative and tax litigation, including academics, lawyers, and judges.
