Roxana Abrasu – speaker at the ZF HR Trends 2023 conference
On March 27, 2023, Ziarul Financiar organized a new edition of the “ZF HR Trends” conference that focused on the topic “The new employee, the new employer. How to adapt to the transformation of the labor market”.
Roxana Abrasu, Partner and Coordinator of NNDKP’ Employment practice, joined the discussions in the first panel of the conference, sharing her views on the current trends on the local labor market, the challenges faced by employers and the latest changes to the employment legislation.
During the event, Roxana outlined:
“At the level of large employers, we can see some tensions generated by the legislative changes that took place at the end of last year. These are the most important changes to the Labor Code in recent years. As per our clients, I could also observe that although the new year came with challenges, including from the perspective of measures impacting the workforce in organizations, there was a concern and a leaning towards people, even in difficult situations.”
