Alexandru Aparaschivei and Lucian Barbu – speakers at the Tax & Finance Forum 2025
On November 17 and 18, our colleagues Alexandru Aparaschivei, Partner, and Lucian Barbu, Partner, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, were speakers at the 2025 edition of the Tax & Finance Forum, a landmark event organized by Business Mark for tax professionals from both the private and public sectors.
Our colleagues joined the discussions during the event and focused on topics of interest in the tax field, such as:
- legitimate expectations in the application of VAT;
- intra-group financial transactions – international and national regulatory aspects regarding transfer pricing, corporate constraints, VAT & customs;
- recent approaches by ANAF in audits.
Tax & Finance Forum 2025 brought together leaders in the financial sector and experts in the tax field, highlighting the most important aspects and legislative developments with a tax impact, the main challenges for Romanian taxpayers, as well as practical solutions for adapting to the new provisions.
