NNDKP Maintains Leadership in Intellectual Property in Romania
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) continues to be the most reputed firm in Romania in Intellectual Property. At the “Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) gala that took place in London, NNDKP was awarded for the third time in a row “Romanian Intellectual Property Firm of the Year” distinction, a premiere at national level.
Ana-Maria Baciu, partner and head of the firm’s practice represented NNDKP at the event, stating: “We are on the podium for the third time in a row, primarily due to our clients trusting our services and this is reflected in practice performances. We would like to thank the intellectual property team that is consolidating from one year to another, also through the addition a new partner to the team, Cosmina Simion. Clients’ appreciations and the efforts of our colleagues over the past 13 years have contributed to the firm’s constant recognition as a leader in both the Romanian business environment and in the international IP community”
Prior to the eleventh edition of the award ceremony, Managing Intellectual Property, one of the most prestigious international reference guide in the field of IP, published the 2016 rankings of its annual guide. NNDKP remains the first in patent contentious and trademark contentious/copyright and it is the only law firm recommended in trademark and patent prosecution.
Chambers Europe and other globally recognized reference guides on IP, such as WTR100 (reference guide for trademarks) and IAM Patent 100 (specialized in patents) have also ranked NNDKP in the first tiers following their annual researches.
