- Assisted an oil and gas company in Southeastern Europe in disputes against several authorities of the Romanian State for the recovery of a compensation owed in connection with electricity sold through a centralized electricity procurement mechanism.
- Assisted a real estate developer in an administrative dispute concerning a claim brought by a public authority seeking the annulment of the building permit obtained for a property located in a prime area of Bucharest, as well as other real estate developers in similar litigations in which private individuals or public authorities requested the annulment of building permits and derogatory urban planning documentations obtained for the development of residential or office real estate projects.
- Assisted an integrated energy producer in Southeastern Europe, in adversarial proceedings initiated against the National Authority for Consumer Protection in Romania, in connection with multiple thematic inspections carried out by the authority nationwide at all of the client’s operational sites.
- Assisted and represented companies active in various sectors in relation to the consolidation of the ownership right over properties obtained based on the Romanian restitution laws and in disputes initiated by public authorities seeking the annulment of their ownership title.
- Assisted a company in securing ownership rights over a plot of land whose cadastral registration was disputed by various public authorities in Bucharest, in connection with the launch of a real estate development project.
