Representative Cases and Transactions

• assisted a pan-European independent power producer with an extended portfolio of small to medium-size solar PV parks across Europe with legal support in the process of acquiring several solar power plants in Romania.
• advised a syndicate of eight commercial banks in the financing agreement with one of Austria’s leading companies in the renewable energy sector, for the construction of one of the largest hybrid projects (PV plants and BESS) in Europe with a capacity of approx. 742 MW.
• assisted an Austrian financial services provider and a major bank present in Romania in the financing agreement for a 49.8 MW wind farm developed in Romania by a Romanian company specializing in renewable energy, a joint venture between a major international renewable energy developer and an important player in Romania’s renewable energy market.
• advised a commercial and industrial solar company in the signing of three O&M contracts with a Romanian manufacturer of electrical equipment related to three photovoltaic parks in Romania with a combined capacity exceeding 360 MW.
