  • Represented a Romanian company active in the marketing and HR services sector in successfully contesting a high-value tax assessment issued by ANAF concerning the deductibility and classification of gift vouchers.
  • Assisted a Romanian company that organizes a prominent music festival in Romania, with respect to a wide range of fiscal, contractual and commercial matters that covered the review and negotiation of commercial agreements with national and international partners, compliance with fiscal obligations specific to large-scale events, and legal guidance in connection with sponsorship, intellectual property, and ticketing policies.
  • Advised a Romanian company active in the renewable energy sector in connection with the sale of several photovoltaic parks located in Romania, which involved a full legal due diligence exercise, the preparation and negotiation of the share sale agreements and ancillary documentation, as well as assistance throughout the closing procedures.
