- Assisted a key bank in Romania in civil litigation to recover debt of more than EUR 78 million resulting from a series of fraudulent mechanisms employed by companies and individuals to increase their patrimony and diminish bank guarantees.
- Assisted a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) on engagements with regulatory authorities regarding compliance with national and EU legal frameworks, including the national implementation of EU legislation.
- Assisted key pharma companies in three litigation cases in connection with the annulment claim filed against a Romanian registration of an European patent held by another pharma player and the infringement action initiated by the latter with respect to same patent.
- Assisted a multinational technology company and an industrial partner to operators of hydro power stations in an arbitral procedure started by the main electric power producer in Romania, conducted based on ICC arbitration rules. ICC rejected 95% of the claimant’s claim valued at more than USD 100 millions.
- Assisted one of the world’s largest biotech companies in challenging the EUR 10 million fine issued by the Competition Council for an alleged abuse of dominant position on a market for some oncological products.
