Among the main amendments of the Fiscal Code that entered into force on 1st of January 2017 we note the following:
Emergency Ordinance no. 84/2016 amending and completing certain normative acts in the fiscal-financial sector was published in the Official Gazette 977/2016.
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) announced today that, in the context of the firm’s organic growth, Adina Vizoli, Lucian Barbu and Silviu Badescu were promoted to partner in the tax advisory team, while Corina Dumitru, Razvan Vlad (Corporate and Contracts), Lavinia Ionita-Rasmussen (Real Estate), Mirela Preda (Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources) became managing associates.
NNDKP has announced that Peggy Suica-Neagu will be rejoining NNDKP’s dispute resolution department as partner. Furthermore, four lawyers have been promoted to senior associate positions and three tax consultants have been appointed to senior positions in the tax practice.
During the two-day TaxEU 2014 conference, Partner Ana-Maria Miron and Senior Tax Managers Lucian Barbu and Adina Vizoli, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, approached in detail the issue of tax control.
