Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) has once again been recognized as one of the leading law firms in Romania, securing top-tier positions in the legal rankings recently released by Chambers Europe.
NNDKP’s Competition, State Aid, EU Law and FDI practice, led by Partner Anca Diaconu, was named Competition Team of the Year for the Automotive Industry at the 2025 Pria Competition Gala. The annual gala was organized by Pria Events and took place on October 29th at Casa Eliad, in Bucharest.
On October 23, Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of Competition, State Aid, EU Law, and FDI practices, will be a speaker at the 3rd edition of the National Conference on Competition Law, organized by the Universul Juridic Group, the Romanian Competition Council, and the Romanian Competition Law Association – ARCON.
On October 2, NNDKP hosted a new event for clients – an opportunity to reconnect and discuss relevant issues regarding European Union law as understood by the authorities and courts.
Between 12-13 September, Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of the Competition, State Aid, EU Law and FDI practices, attended the 29th IBA Annual Competition Conference, which took place in Florence, Italy.
NNDKP assisted PetStar group, the largest PET preform producer in Romania and the Balkan area by production volume and format variety, operating under the “Bottle-to-Bottle” circular model, in the transactions involving, on the one hand, re-acquiring sole control of the two packaging manufacturing companies within the group, and obtaining a new EUR 50 million financing, on the other hand.
On 12-13 June, Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of the Competition practice, was in Amsterdam for the 2025 Antitrust & Competition Europe Regional Practice Group Meeting, organized by Lex Mundi.
