NNDKP provided legal and fiscal assistance to Repower AG in the process of sale of its operations in Romania to MET Group, Switzerland. Through this transaction, MET Group took full control over Repower’s Romanian company, including its employees. MET Group was assisted by Kinstellar’s Bucharest office.
