Order 235/2014 amending Order 3331/2013 for the approval of the Procedure regarding the amendment by default of the fiscal vector regarding VAT and of the template and content of certain form was published in Official Gazette 133/2014
- The Order aligns to the Fiscal Code’s provisions regarding the VAT cash deferment system, in this respect the provisions regarding the registration by default of the taxable persons applying the VAT cash deferment system by the fiscal authorities are eliminated
