Order 40/2013 regarding the main aspects related to the preparation and submission of the annual financial statements and the annual accounting reports of the economic operators to the territorial units of the Ministry of Public Finances was published in Official Gazette 44/2013
- The Order approves the layout and the preparation norms of the annual financial statements for the year 2012 and annual accounting reports as at 31 December 2012.
- The Order includes provisions regarding the preparation of the annual financial statements and the annual accounting reports in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations.
- The Order introduces provisions regarding entities subject to the Accounting regulations conformant with the International Financial Reporting Standards applicable to companies whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
