Valeriu Mina – speaker at the `Perspectives on Construction Law – Progress and Setbacks in the Construction Industry` conference
Valeriu Mina, Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, was a speaker at the 9th edition of the conference ‘Perspectives on Construction Law – Progress and Setbacks in the Construction Industry’, organized by the Faculty of Law within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the Romanian Society of Construction Law.
Valeriu gave a presentation on the suspension of the effects of a notice of termination of a public procurement contract and emergency arbitration.
The event brought together members of the academia, construction law experts, and representatives of the business environment, providing a forum for dialogue on the opportunities and challenges in the field.
