Catalina Dan – Speaker at the fourth edition of the National Banking Law Forum

Our colleague Catalina Dan, Associate in the Banking and Finance practice, was one of the speakers at the fourth edition of the National Banking Law Forum hosted by the University of Bucharest Law School on November 24th.

The focus of this edition was on the “Emerging Technologies’ Disruptive Impact on The Banking System”.

In the second part of the Forum, which was centred around the topic of the “Challenges Faced by Legal Advisors in the New Digital Age”, Catalina delivered a presentation on “Invisible Banking and Adapting the Legal Framework to the New Trends”.

The event was organized by Universul Juridic and the University of Bucharest Law School, together with the Romanian Banks Association (ARB), the Association of Legal Advisors in the Romanian Financial and Banking System (ACJSFB) and the Business Law Centre of the Law School of West University of Timisoara.
