Razvan Savin – speaker at the conference “Mortgages and seizures in enforcement proceedings”
On 25 September 2025, Razvan Savin, Senior Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be a speaker at the “Mortgages and seizures in enforcement proceedings” conference, organized by Juridice and The National Union of Judicial Executors.
Starting 2 p.m., Razvan will join the discussions in the third panel and will highlight aspects of interest regarding foreclosure sales versus insolvency, offering a comparative analysis from the perspective of mortgages and risks for the successful bidder.
