NNDKP organizes a webinar on data protection
On November 25, NNDKP will organize a new webinar on data protection matters, with the topic – Trends in national case law on data protection.
During the webinar, NNDKP lawyers Iurie Cojocaru, Partner and Head of the Data Protection practice, and Oana Stefan, Associate in the same practice, will discuss the Romanian courts’ perspective on:
- the implementation of technical and organizational security measures;
- the conduct of training programs for personnel involved in data processing activities;
- criteria for individualizing sanctions.
The webinar is aimed at data protection officers (DPOs), professionals involved in data processing activities, coordinators, and managers who oversee the implementation of data protection requirements within their organizations.
