NNDKP hosted a series of events in Timisoara dedicated to the local business community
On November 27 and December 11, 2025, NNDKP organized the NNDKP Local Business Hub series of events in Timișoara, dedicated to the local business community.
Our colleagues, Eva Forika, Partner and Head of our office in Timișoara, Delia Baroianu, Managing Associate, and Sorin Mociofan, Tax Director, discussed with the participants about the main legal and tax challenges of 2026, including changes in taxes and contributions, salary transparency, changes in insolvency law, and new developments in government controls.
The guest of the event was Loredana Ghituica, mentor, coach, and trainer. She offered perspectives and solutions on how these challenges can be managed from a managerial point of view through processes, procedures, and change management.
