Lucian Barbu – speaker at the National Conference on Tax Law
On 19 March, Lucian Barbu, Tax Partner, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, will be a speaker at the National Conference on Tax Law. Current Challenges in Tax Law Practice: Between the Letter of the Law and Economic Reality, organized by Wolters Kluwer Romania and the Faculty of Law within the Titu Maiorescu University.
During the event, Lucian will talk about intra-group financial transactions and will highlight international and national regulatory issues related to transfer pricing, corporate constraints, and recent approaches taken by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) during audits.
