Florina Firaru – speaker at the IP Marathon 2025 event
Our colleague, Florina Firaru, Head of NNDKP`s Intellectual Property practice, was a speaker at the IP Marathon 2025 event, organized on November 25 by the National Chamber of Industrial Property Advisors in Romania (CNCPIR) at the Novotel Bucharest City Centre.
Florina had the pleasure of joining the discussions during the session titled The path of ideas: other rights and the challenges of new technologies (copyright, right to a name, right to an image, AI, and related issues) and shared relevant insights encountered in practice.
