Ciprian Păun and Daniel Hadăr participated as speakers in the Tax and Finance Forum Cluj-Napoca, organized by BusinessMark on September 27th, 2021.
During the event, experts in the tax field presented and analyzed the latest changes in the tax legislation.
Our colleagues delivered a presentation on the topic “The new regulations applicable to carrying out tax inspections. Procedural and jurisprudential aspects”.
Other topics covered during the event included: trends and tax policies, latest changes in the Fiscal Code and the Fiscal Procedure Code, new VAT changes concerning e-commerce, latest news concerning transfer pricing in practice.
The conference was organized as a hybrid event that took place at Grand Hotel Italia, Cluj-Napoca, but also online.
