Anca Diaconu – speaker at the National Conference on Competition Law, 3rd edition
On October 23, Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of Competition, State Aid, EU Law, and FDI practices, will be a speaker at the 3rd edition of the National Conference on Competition Law, organized by the Universul Juridic Group, the Romanian Competition Council, and the Romanian Competition Law Association – ARCON.
Starting 1 p.m., Anca will join the second discussion session and will outline important aspects of the applicability of Article 101 TFEU in relation to the parent company.
During the event, the overall discussions will focus on competition law from the perspective of ensuring a healthy competitive environment, but also respecting the rights of businesses.
