On 12-13 June, Anca Diaconu, Partner and Head of the Competition practice, will be in Amsterdam for the 2025 Antitrust & Competition Europe Regional Practice Group Meeting, organized by Lex Mundi.

On the second day of the event, Anca will join the Merger Efficiencies panel and will speak about recent relevant transactions on the Romanian market, providing an analysis on the use of efficiencies in merger control.
