Alina Radu, Ruxandra Bologa and Anca Diaconu will attend the IBA Annual Conference 2023 in Paris
The International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference 2023 will take place in Paris, between 29 October – 3 November, at Le Palais des Congrés.
The NNDKP team that will attend the most awaited industry event of the year includes:
- Alina Radu, Partner
Alina Radu is a seasoned banking and finance specialist with 25 years of experience. She heads NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice. During her career she has led more than EUR 5 billion worth of successfully closed finance transactions.
She contributed to and coordinated a wide range of sophisticated projects, including complex mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector, financing transactions, sales/acquisitions and development of real estate projects, complex contractual arrangements. Alina also assists clients in numerous projects involving regulatory matters in the financial services field.
Alina has been included several times in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame (most recently in 2023. She has also been included in the IFLR1000 Women Leaders guide (2020-2023), among the most prominent female lawyers in the world.
- Ruxandra Bologa, Partner
Ruxandra Bologa is a highly versed corporate and energy lawyer with 21 years of experience. She co-heads NNDKP’s Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources practices.
Ruxandra is highly experienced in assisting clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She has coordinated and has been involved in major M&A projects, including some of the largest transactions rolled out in Romania. Also, she has particular expertise in highly regulated sectors such as energy, with a specific focus on oil and gas, renewables, and has advised on a wide range of projects in the natural resources field, including mining.

- Anca Diaconu, Partner
Anca Diaconu heads The Competition, State Aid and EU Law Practice of NNDKP.
She is specialized in and focuses her practice on competition investigations regarding cartels, abuse of dominance and other restrictive practices, competition litigation (including private damages), competition compliance in companies’ day-to-day activity, unfair trading practices, merger control/ FDI screening, state aid and general EU law matters.
She has been part of NNDKP’s team since 2015 and is recognized as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500.
